Single Song/Performance Live-Stream License Request
IMPORTANT: If you already have an account or an active membership, please log in before completing this form. If you do not have account, this form will create one so that you may purchase your licenses in the online store.
Individual Licenses are $35 per song per performance. If you wish to live-stream more than four songs and/or performances, we recommend that you instead purchase a blanket live-stream license for $125, which will allow you to live-stream unlimited songs/performances for one year.
